Returns and exchanges

Please check the size chart table and choose your size and the colour options carefully. As I’m custom-printed specially for you, exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply change your mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. You can get in touch with our team at pca@palliativecare.org.au and provide a clear photo showing the issue along with your order receipt. There is no need to return the damaged product.
